The Presbytery of Great Rivers is seeking a Lead Presbyter—a relational, visionary leader to serve 81 congregations across central and west-central Illinois. Rooted in Matthew 25 ministry and living into a new, collaborative structure, we’re looking for someone who will:
– Build connections across diverse congregations
– Support and nurture pastoral leaders
– Guide churches through transition and innovation
– Help shape the future of a presbytery ready for what’s next
