Pastors and faith leaders, are you looking for connection and momentum this season?

The Synod of Lincoln Trails is hosting a wellness program — not to help you be more productive, but to help you be more well

SOULstice is a three-month pilot program to help you find connection and momentum this winter. SOLT is covering the cost of the program.

What’s SOULstice?

  • Six virtual gatherings led by coaches Sara Dingman and Lois Annich.
  • Small groups that will help you check-in at your own pace using the FREE Marco Polo app (It’s a cinch and we’ll give you a tutorial).
  • A retreat in February (a gift of SOLT!) for participants to come together and enjoy meals, hikes, conversation — or whatever will you do your soul good.

SOULstice is open to all pastors/faith leaders in the synod … and beyond! If you’re a PC(USA) pastor in another synod and want to sign up, please do! (And if you’re from a different synod and would like to participate in the retreat, please email Sara Dingman.)
